week 3: sustain

letting go

less messages. less conversations. For fear of hurting or being hurt

to immerse yourself with work just to keep the mind occupied

to push yourself to stand alone

to will yourself to move on without anyone's help

to start living again

and maybe in time

be able to walk alone

I care for myself. The more solitary, the more friendless, the more unsustained I am, the more I will respect myself.
